1000 Discovery Drive

Fully let flexible lab and office space

1000 Discovery Design, completed in October 2023, was designed to accommodate wet and dry laboratories and office space across all five floors. Subdivision is possible into a range of sizes between approx. 5,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft with up to four occupiers per floor. The building was delivered to a shell & core specification with CAT A contributions and is let to the Cambridge University NHS Foundation Trust’s histopathology department and a leading European biotech firm. The building also benefits from a publicly accessible café on the ground floor.

Spaces to think, meet up, and to relax

Railway station

New Cambridge South Railway Station, located on the campus, will provide direct links to London and surrounding villages/towns. Due to open Summer 2025.

Cycle parc

An innovative solution to bike parking, our semi-sunken bike parc will provide parking for c.500 bikes in a secure, dry and lit area. Whilst creating an amphitheatre style seating on it’s exterior.

Amenity

Each new building on Phase 2 of the campus will provide publicly accessible amenity spaces including a café, flexi-working space, potential supermarkets and fitness studios.

Public art

The campus has at its heart an integrated art and landscape led design with numerous public art commissions for you to explore and enjoy.
