Midlife Mosaic Drop-in

The middle years of life can bring a lot of change. Careers shift, family responsibilities grow, relationships evolve, and health and finances change. Many people navigate these changes quietly, carrying the emotional ups and downs alone, while continuing to meet the demands of work and life but questioning what comes next.

Midlife Mosaic is a free, monthly drop‑in session where people in midlife can pause and connect with others facing similar transitions. In a welcoming and respectful space, we slow things down, reflect together, and engage in thoughtful, low‑pressure conversation. Sharing is always optional.

These sessions are not therapy or training, they are a chance to step out of busy roles, feel less alone, and reconnect with others who understand this season of life.

If you are navigating change, balancing multiple responsibilities, or simply looking for space to think and breathe, you would be very welcome to join us.

In partnership with The Hub.

It’s helpful if you book a space so we know how many people are coming, but do feel free to just drop in.
