Event Subtitle - A one-hour taster of a full-day course run by CPSL Mind, for managers and team leaders of hybrid teams.

This CBC Wellness Campaign Webinar will help you understand why you need to sleep, the links between your sleep and your mental health, why you may find it difficult to sleep at times, and some tips for improving the quality of your sleep.

The presenter will be Anne Streather, who is a trainer with Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind, your local mental health charity. Anne is a qualified teacher and has delivered training, and managed and governed charities with a mental health focus, in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough over 30 years. She has also worked in the fields of visual impairment, HIV and child berereavement, and as a Samaritan volunteer and trainer.

This event is part of the ‘CBC Wellness Campaign’ – a series of webinars supporting the 21,000+ people who work on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, many of whom are at the forefront of the changing face of healthcare. However, these events are also for anyone looking for additional support: you don’t have to work here and there is no charge to attend.

These events will be recorded and a link will be sent to all participants afterwards. It will also be posted on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus YouTube channel.
