It’s OK not to be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to a Good Mood Cafe – but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Drop in to our 60-minute online session to have a cuppa with others, and talk about how you’re feeling or something that puts you in a good mood, all in a safe space facilitated by our experienced trainers! Stay for just five minutes or up to an hour – it will be lovely to see you… EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 10am
CPSL Mind would love you to join them – regularly, or as a one-off – on time or late – it doesn’t matter.
