Understand upcoming changes to Intellectual Property (IP) guidance
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHSE are publishing new IP guidance for organisations that provide or commission NHS services in England.
This session, led by Clara Burr-Lonnon and Kathleen Jackson from the Department of Health and Social Care, will explore the rationale behind updating the guidance, outline its key objectives, highlight what the updated guidance will include, and share the next steps following its release.
This Innovation Breakfast will be particularly useful for innovators (clinical, non-clinical, or external) and NHS teams that would be involved in managing IP, such as those in commercial, finance, innovation or research roles.
