Community & Well-being
Tuesday 5 July saw the launch of a new lunchtime walk around the Campus to help improve your health and wellbeing. The weekly walks, which start at 12pm and 1.30pm begin at the Main CUH reception near to the concourse, are open to everyone and aim to promote walking as a healthy, sociable activity. The walks will last no more than 30 minutes and are led by Sustrans who will set a pace to suit all participants to give you the chance to have a break, feel refreshed and meet new friends as you take your daily exercise.
